Sugar Free Shahi Tukda- A Delicious Bite of Health!

Ingredients:
·         1 Litre Full Cream Milk
·         2 Table Spoon SugarFree Natura
·         Few Slices of Bread
·         2-3 tablespoons Ghee (clarified butter), for shallow frying.
·         4-5 Saffron strands (kesar)
·         1/2 tablespoon chopped Cashew Nuts
·         1/2 tablespoon chopped Pistachio
·         1/2 tablespoon chopped Almonds

Recipe:-
We will complete this recipe in two steps. At first we will make our own Rabri. Home-made Rabri on any given day beats any Vanila icing or Melted Khoya or Condensed Milk that people ought to use in this recipe. After being done with it we will move to preparing our bread and then we will blend both of these ready-items to make our delicious desert.

Preparation of Rabri:-
1.       Mix milk, SugarFree Natura and saffron strands in a thick-bottomed pan and bring it to boil on medium flame.
2.       When it starts to boil, reduce flame to low and boil until mixture turns thick and reduces to around 1½ cups, for around 10-15 minutes. It is necessary to stir occasionally in between to prevent sticking.
3.       Turn off heat and let Rabri (thickened milk mixture) cool at room temperature.

Preparing the Bread:-
1.       Remove the corners of the bread. You can also use a steel bowl of similar diameter with sharp edges to cut the edges of the bread together with giving it a more beautiful round structure.

2.       Heat the ghee in a frying pan and wait till it comes to sufficient hot temperature.

3.       Shallow fry the breads till they turn golden brown. It is advisable to fry them on low flame so that it gets cooked evenly.
4.       Take out the bread on a tissue placed plate to soaken the extra ghee.

Sahi-Tukra:
·         Dip the breads in the Rabri bowl for about half a minute to let it absorb it.
·         Take out the bread pieces and arrange them in a plate.
·         Pour some more rabri on every piece.
·         Garnish them with thinly-cut pieces of Cahsew Nuts, Pistachio and Almonds.
·         The delicious Sahi-tukra using SugarFree Natura is ready to serve in its best glory!
