The Falling Empire of Congress!!!

Indian politics miserably has a complete plethora of kooks on offer. From opportunists to misogynists to thugs and robbers, we have all kind of people as our leaders. From a positive aspect this can be taken as world’s largest democracy having a representation of every section of society.

But amongst such qualified and prestigious gathering, one person that I personally consider worst is Sonia Gandhi. Yes, I believe she has done more harm to my country than anyone else, not even the Britishers.

She was happily looting our country from behind the curtain and we unfortunately could do nothing but to see it happen helplessly. From commonwealth games disaster which was turned in to an Olympic of corruption to 2G spectrum scam to Coal scams, India lost not million but billions of money to these dolts. But as they say, every bad thing comes to an end. So Yes, I can see it coming.

Congress’s empire of treachery is falling apart. Recently they witnessed huge loss in state elections. Now results of Loksabha elections won’t be much different. However I would have loved to see the congress getting finished completely, but miserably it doesn’t seem like a possibility. Indeed they have to do with seats which would surely be in two digits only. Must say, that’s a good thing to begin with.

In a recent development today Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s Ex-aide Sanjay Baru has come out with a tell-all-tale book. Manmohan Singh has been quoted to accept that the party president (Sonia Gandhi) is the centre of power". Of course it isn’t something that any average newspaper reading Indian was till now unaware of, but now coming from a reliable source it has been established as a fact.

Sonia Gandhi in almost all the occasion manages to stay out of all the mud-slanging in the political domain. You can credit an army of sycophants and the paid media for it. I mean we are all aware of how devoted congress leaders seem to be for all powerful Mate and if anybody has any doubt about her relationship with our mainstream media I would refer the person to Google for Radia tape and read its transcripts.

Sonia actually has been the centre of everything that has been wrong with India since last 10 years. I am sure that soon more and more proofs would surface out to show how she fooled the nation for such long time managing everything from behind a veil.

With every brick coming out of congress empires, completely build on lies and cons, we will witness many astonishing facts about India’s first family.

Congress actually is contributing no less to it. By bringing the matter of Narendra Modi’s wife to the centre stage they themselves have actually entered a domain that would prove catastrophic. People by now have been a bit civilized in matters related to personal lives of politicians. But now this mud-slinging would go far and wide.

I can assure you that Congress would back-step this move as soon as Sonia Gandhi would realize the direction in which the debate has been moved. She is well aware of the life she has lived and she knows what harm the social media army can do by digging in to it. Indeed may be by the time she reaches the conclusion it will be too late.

The holy grail of Indian politics is going to be tampered with soon. Shred by shred the mask would be removed. I personally don’t encourage this standard of politics though in this regard I would be a happy man to witness it happen. This is the least that the person responsible for ruining my motherland deserves.

Be ready to witness the empire come failing!!!

Shameful and Disgusting- How Low Will They Go???

Indian Parliament witnessed a new low in the form of anguished acts of several MP’s who crossed all lines of dignity and mannerism that’s expected on any public forum let alone the Parliament.

Today an act to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh in to two states was tabled in the LokSabha. The clash started at around 12 noon when the MP from Vijaywada region in Andhra Pradesh, Mr. L Rajagopal took out a pepper spray and used in it the air. Many legislators were seen coughing and moving out of the house as an aftermath. Four MP’s were rushed to nearby hospital in the ambulance. One MP also reportedly experienced a heart Stroke and is currently out of danger.

This comes just after a day of PM Manmohan Singh’s remark of, “My heart bleeds to see frequent disruptions in parliament.” Ironically L. Rajagopal is a Congress MP and this is how seriously they take their own party’s PM’s words.

If this wasn’t enough a TDP MP M Venugopal Reddy also brandished a knife soon after in the parliament as per some witness reporters, though he denied the claim. Nevertheless he accepted the charges of damaging the mike on secretary general and snatching papers from the speaker’s podium.

Hard to believe this happened in the parliament of World’s largest democracy which was held hostage on the hands of so called "Bharat Bhagya Vidhata's".

Nonetheless 18 MP’s have been suspended by speaker Meera Kumari after consultation with all the political parties. Going by the rule book of the parliament this suspension will last for five days or till the end of the current session, whichever is lesser. That’s a hell hard of a punishment for such little nuisance!!

Let’s consider an event of such gravity to have taken place in a school. Lets suppose an anguished boy over some decision of dividing his class in to two sections which was splitting his group of friends, takes out a Pepper spray in the morning assembly and scatters it in the air, this eventually makes some children’s to be carried away to a hospital. What do you think would have been his fate?

Can you even think of a mere five day suspension? I bet, No!!!

And this would be an ideal case in anyone of the lakhs of schools and of course we at least expect a little better action when it comes to the sole parliament of India.

These MP’s are sitting there to decide and ponder over India’s future. May God Save the country!!!

In 2001 terrorists attacked the parliament from outside. Thirteen years later here are people attacking it from within its pious walls. What to call them now?

After such behaviors’ it is not very hard to understand what offends our MP’s when some people call them ‘Goonda’ or ‘Chor’, obviously going by these standards they deserve much better an acronym.

Really it is a historically shameful day for Indian Democracy. Indeed its Shame on us, we the people of India, for choosing and voting for such people who do not even understand the basic ethics and norms of cultured behavior.

But who cares, let’s keep on voting for the crooks from our cast and religion irrespective of criminal cases against them. Let’s enjoy selling our votes for a hundred buck or a pouch of country made liquor.

After all things aren't made to change, lets enjoy the circus of democracy sitting on couches of our drawing rooms and uttering our ever convenient and favorite line of “ Is Desh Ka kuch Nahi ho Sakta.”

“Tamaasha-e-Dilli” - The Great Delhi Drama Part 1!!!

Delhi’s political scenario has been witness to one of the most amazing phases of Indian politics. What transpired in Delhi’s political circuit in last few months and particularly in last few days was a spectacular wonder. Indeed what a wonderful tamasha it was!!

Delhi’s very own battle to the top crown of the union territory was this time full of many ingredients that one would have never supposed of anytime before at least in Indian Politics.

Delhi recorded an all time highest percentage of voters turnout. Youth enthusiastically participated in this dance of democracy. Eventually, Delhi witnessed the oldest political party of India being washed out after a continuous rule (as of last 5 years read misrule) of 15 years. Number of congress MLA’s reduced from 41 in 2009 to 8 in 2013. Shiela Dixit was personally wiped out by a tragic defeat of 25,864 votes in her own traditional consistency. The important factor was the man who defeated her.

Arvind Kejriwal (Don’t Underestimate the power of a common man!), a simple young IITian cum retired income tax officer wilfully raided the strong bastion of Congress and also ensured a bolt in the thumping victory of another major political party BJP, who did gain heavily in all other states.

Be it political analysts or major opinion polls no one could predicted such a strong show of the new Aam Aadmi Party. It won 28 seats. Was on the second number on many others, even lost a seat with a meagre difference of 400 something votes.

It was astonishing! The tremors of such a start were felt across the length and breadth of India. Almost every political party was shocked, why wouldn’t they be.

Here was a party which didn’t had any track record, had no party head with some fancy surname of influence, wasn’t promising free laptop or television sets, but yet Won by a thumping margin.

How? Why?

Nevertheless the advisors and masterminds of all the political parties across India would have by now studied and analysed this phenomenon by every possible angle. I doubt whether they concluded some harsh truth or just a face balm.

I did see and track these elections very closely. Let me put forward my views with some facts.

First of all these elections were majorly fought on issue of good governance and bad governance. I didn’t know how Shiela Dixit thought that she even had any chance in these elections. Actually she was nowhere in the fight. Though she would have understood it on the day when people started leaving a Rahul Gandhi rally in Delhi mid way and her constant plea of please stop and listen Rhaul Ji also went completely unheard. Actually congress was fighting these elections on the same achievements which they presented 5 years back as well. Shiela boosted of Metro network, increased number of buses, better roads etc. But people wanted to know about women safety, corruption in CWG, accountability etc. She was clueless son these. I mean how after ensuring that people be lathicharged and exposed to water cannons in December chill last year, she expected the same people would Vote for Her. No way Ma”am, India Has Changed, We don’t forget, we don’t forgive!!

Next coming to BJP. It was all about Modi, Modi and Modi. What could be more confirming of this fact that on Election Day all major newspapers have a first page ad of appealing to vote for BJP. In this Advertisement the Delhi CM candidate was dwarfed by Picture of another serving CM. Yes, in Delhi election vote appeal the CM candidate picture was half the size of Gujrat CM picture. Undoubtedly if besides extreme atrocities and mis-governance of Congress rule if anything is working in favour of BJP it is Narendra Modi only. Else wise this party of divided leaders wouldn’t have stood anywhere in front of United province alliance even in such low times as well. If BJP lost some seats it was just because of AAP and everyone knows if AAP wouldn’t have been their then also congress would be at same place and all else would have been of BJP only. Why BJP couldn’t counter AAP is because they never actually saw it as a rival. They actually took it for granted, and even now, sorry to say but some leaders are making a complete fool of themselves by jumping on both sides of fences on a regular basis over the issue of Aaam Aadmi Party’s government formation.

BJP should refrain from acting so mindlessly at least in this era when for people truth and accountability are one of the major issues of importance. Young India is coming out of their homes; educated class is making themselves heard, politics no more is an alien thing for many households, and everything is being heavily scrutinized.

Calling out names won’t work at all though it could be fatal in a time when instead a lot of things look quite bright.

 Finally let’s talk about the magic of the common men. Aam Aadmi Party is no ordinary a party, underestimating it in any ways can have very serious consequence for both the leading parties.

There are many-many reasons that ensured such performance of this new player. The foremost is it is being governed by some extremely talented, intelligent and informed brains. Their second advantage is their ground touch, their never say die spirit and their knowledge of what would work where. Those who though kejriwal and party to be a naive player should by now understand that they are just too good at it.

One single wrong step and they would have been in a pit of darkness, but they managed, they managed very well, they don’t fell into traps, didn’t took decisions that were obvious, differentiated well between reality and myths. Best part they never took anything for granted, fought really hard. The results spoke for their work.

But the drama didn’t end just after results but moreover became much more complex after it.

Why Congress Has to Go?

Part-1

Today I would like to pour my heart out as a common Indian. It’s hard for me to control my feelings, I am just too happy, too Hopeful, I love this country and its people more than ever before. I Knew we can do it, I knew we will do it, But Yes We did it is a feeling that’s amazing in its own ways.

When I was in school, one of the subjects that I personally didn't like much was History and Civics. In history, there were stories of someone defeating, another someone, about a thousand years ago and we were supposed to know all about it. We mugged up these and passed exams. Then there was civics, it told us our rights and duties, actually being born in an Independent India almost all these things were what we always used to take for granted.

But a thing that we all always learnt, were aware of and believed in is- India being a Democracy. We loved this thing about our country a bit too much. We would quote this line in almost all the debates, whether formal or informal. We spoke this line when we opposed some consensus decision among our friends. It was a part of our life; it was part of our living.

Like everyone else, I also grew up. Got interested in politics. Started reading newspapers, articles, editorials. The moment I started doing these was a comparative high face of India. Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee was at the helm of the government, and India was doing well enough for my expectations. Then came the time when Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam became the president, and our generation got its new hero. A person so great, so humble and so simple. Almost every one of us specially the children community and the young ones, were all personally proud of him being our president.

Time moved and came 2004. The NDA government lost and UPA came in to existence. This was the day when my notions about India, its democracy and we the people started changing. I exactly remember the drama that unfolded after formation of UPA. One lady was deemed to be the PM, another one of similar influence warned to shove-off her Head if that happens. Someone else was brought in to picture. Not to forget the constitutional obligations that forced this transition.

This someone else was a person who was extensively popularized at that time as a man of unquestionable integrity. To be frank enough I didn't knew this guy till then. When he did some magic with our economy I was just 2-3 years old. The chapters that I read about globalization and liberalization didn't include any names. So after closely following an election here I was exposed to someone becoming the PM whom I didn't even know. My interest in politics was unparalleled. I was as interested in politics as other boys my age were in cricket. And this incident was like the induction of Duck-worth louis in cricket, I thought I knew a lot but was still unable to fathom anything at all.

I also came in possession of the three-page impressive CV of Dr. Manmohan Singh that was doing rounds those days in emails. I somehow felt good about the guy, but my understanding of the democracy lessons still didn't came well in terms with it. I was not ready to accept him as my PM, but then as a 15 year old boy I wasn’t in a position to even induce a decision of changing the Television-set in my house, let alone the PM.

So obviously unable to do anything else I thought to give him a chance and decided to stay interested in politics as always.

The first term from 2004 to 2009 was fine. We became accustomed to a PM who had a mysterious wind around him. He didn't speak much; I always believed this was because he knew his opinion never mattered. It was always someone else taking the decisions, right!

I hated this part of it. For me believing that the most powerful post of our country would become so insignificant is what marks the start of my journey to hate this government and party.

Then came the second term and all hell broke loose. There was a CWG in which even an Umbrella was purchased for 18,000 rupees and finally it was the army that had to be roped in at the last moment to save country’s pride. Everything from a toilet paper to treadmill was purchased in never heard before prices. It was one of the many scams that followed.

We got to knew about a 2G scam, Coal Scam, Chopper Scam, Tatra Truck Scam, Cash-for-Vote Scam, Adarsh Scam etc...etc.

The list was so huge; it looked like every other guy in the government was having an exclusive scam for himself. The amounts involved were huge. If one starts writing them in numerals the number of zeros would go from one end of page to another.

I was bewildered, agitated. There was certainly zero accountability. Scams were happening, blame games were on, court cases were dragging, but no one in particular was ashamed. Even the guy of unquestionable integrity had by now learned the tricks of the dirty politics.

In this government the buck never stopped anywhere. No one was responsible for anything bad. All good things were credited to a holier-than-thou first family. The brains deciding about the policies and the mouth announcing it were all different. No one cared for common people at all. Corruption was in mainstream, accountability had become completely outdated.  This wasn't the idea of democracy that was cultivated in my mind.  I hated it to the core.

Nevertheless, this isn't all of the story. Their is a lot more to it. There are endless tales of sycophancy, promotions for being incapable, grave mishandling of economy as well as no desire to take any responsibility for anything at all. I will discuss that some other day.

But for now, Thank You India, you restored my faith in democracy. Yes we don’t need a dictator. We don’t need a monarch. My country doesn't need someone who wants to operate from some closely guarded shell.

The first lesson is taught, though the final one is indispensable. No volume of punishment is much enough for marring the structure of a Democracy. Let’s ensure they are out of it. 

Let’s ensure those who don’t believe in the idea of constructive and all inclusive democracy don’t get any chance to cast their shadow on its soul.

Yes it’s imperative for our democracy now, and we will together do it for sure.

Finally, I would also like to utilize this opportunity to wish Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, a Happy Birthday today.
Indeed Power is Poison and I assure you ma"am we will try our best to keep this poison away from you. And yes your creative son's contribution in this regard is really noteworthy. Anyways Happy Birthday Once again.
